Chelsea House Boutique Bed and Breakfast has two guest rooms, all non-smoking. Beds have 100% cotton linen, ensuites have hairdryers and heated towel rails.

  • Ledwith Room: Queen size bed, with ensuite and French doors opening onto verandah
  • Parahaki Room: Super King/King Single bed, with ensuite and front window views to Mt Parahaki

  • Single: $NZ135.00
  • Double: $NZ155.00

We welcome your arrival from 3pm or by prior arrangement. Departure is by 10am unless alternate arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
  • Cancellation within 1 day of arrival date and no shows: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

These cancellation fees are at the discretion of the management and will only apply if we are unable to replace the scheduled booking.
