Accommodation

Chelsea House Boutique Bed and Breakfast has three guest rooms, all non-smoking. Beds have 100% cotton linen, ensuites have hairdryers and heated towel rails.

• Ledwith Room: This room has a most comfortable Queen bed with quality linen and an ensuite. French doors opening onto a verandah overlooking the front garden.
• Parahaki Room: This room has a comfortable Super King bed which can be split into two single beds. It also has quality linen and an ensuite. The front window views to Mt Parahaki
• Kauri Room: This room is small and cosy with twin beds. Guests using this room share the new well appointed family bathroom. Bathrobes provided.

Our tariff includes a continental breakfast served with homemade preserves, fresh muffins and delicious fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. Cooked breakfast is available for a small extra charge.

We welcome your arrival from 3pm or by prior arrangement. Departure is by 10am unless alternate arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
• Cancellation within 1 day of arrival date and no shows: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

These cancellation fees are at the discretion of the management and will only apply if we are unable to replace the scheduled booking.
